ARTIST STATEMENT

I love to make work about mundanity and the internet-age.

My films are often documentary merged with a music, narration and other audio and video combinations in an attempt to achieve a sort of reality removed from the outside world.

I enjoy finding inspiration in the works of my peers and in the works of prolific artists in every medium.

My biggest inspirations are John Cassavetes, Haruki Murakami and David Lynch, that pursue the insanity of the everyday.

As an avid movie fan, I am always interested in learning more about films and art in general and I dedicate myself to advancing my knowledge of the past, present, and future.

I seek to capture my ideas and unique comparisons of works within my writing and videos. I hope others will connect with my thoughts on films and art. I want to expand my personal knowledge and opinion and learn through others.
